SUNDAY CEleBRATION

What to Expect

You're invited to come and be part of the family on Sundays at 10:00 AM. You'll find a loving community ready to walk along side you in life and share God's love and God's truth.

Come on in, grab a cup of Three Stories coffee or tea, and be ready to find out more about the never ending, always and forever love of God for you!

What We Believe

We believe that every story in the Bible whispers the name of Jesus and that it’s His Name that has the power to change lives and redeem the brokenness of all of mankind.

We believe that God’s love for us is an everlasting love that will never die

and never change. Out of this love God created a plan to rescue us from our brokenness through the sacrificial death on the cross of His one and only Son, Jesus Christ.

It’s because of this Love that Jesus died in our place, for our sin, so that we could be restored to a right relationship with our loving and almighty Creator-God.

At Steel City Church, we know that Jesus loves us with a love that will never end, never die and never change. It’s this love that makes all the difference because His love changes everything. We also believe that there is a place for everyone in God’s family; young and old, rich and poor, healthy and sick. We invite you to be part of the picture and part of God’s redemption story.

KIDS CHURCH

STEEL CITY KIDS

First Time Bringing a Family?

We have a team of caring volunteers who will keep your kids safe and having fun, while learning about the amazing love of Jesus! If this is your first time bringing a family, we'll ask for some basic information so that you can be part of the full worship experience at Steel City Church.

What's First?

When you arrive, you can stop by our check-in center, fill out a form and check in your child for Steel City Kids. Your child will receive a name tag and you'll receive a tag to hand in when picking up your child at the end of service.

What's Next?

Once your kids are checked in, you can stop by our Coffee Bar for a cup Three Stories Coffee or Tea and then head over to the Worship area with your family for service. After the first few songs we'll dismiss all of our kids and our Kids Team will safely lead your children to their part of the building. As soon as service is over, you can head to the Kids area, show your tag and pick up your kids.

What Else Should I Know?

After church, talk about the service with your kids! Ask them what was their one "take away" from Kids Church. You can even share what's the main thing you learned! The ride home from church can be a great time to discuss what you've learned and what it looks like to apply it to your daily life.

Health & Safety

To protect each of our kids and families, we ask that you refrain from sending your child to Kids Church if they are sick, experiencing symptoms such as a fever, persistent sore throat and cough, throwing up, diarrhea, flu or covid-19 symptoms. Typically any symptoms that would keep a child home from school should also be followed.

Steel City Church values kids and families of all sizes! It's our goal to provide a safe, clean and fun environment for your kids to learn about our Hero, Jesus Christ!

NOTE: We encourage compliance with NYS Guidelines as pertaining to Covid-19 when we meet together.
